Arrow Pop Quest Privacy Policy
Arrow Pop Quest is a mobile puzzle game with optional rewarded ads, optional interstitial ads, optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, and local gameplay progress. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app.
Data We Process
The app may process gameplay progress, level state, reward state, virtual currency balances, purchase entitlement state, subscription status, device information, app interaction events, diagnostics, crash or performance information, advertising identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, consent status, and anti-fraud signals.
Arrow Pop Quest does not require you to create an app account. We do not collect your name, contacts, precise location, microphone recordings, camera photos, or personal messages through the game.
Advertising and Consent
The app uses Google Mobile Ads / AdMob to show and measure ads. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interaction data, diagnostics, approximate location derived from network data, and fraud-prevention signals for advertising, ad measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and related services.
Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request or manage advertising consent. You may also manage ad personalization through your Google account, Android settings, or other platform controls.
Purchases and Subscriptions
The app uses Google Play Billing for subscriptions and consumable in-app purchases. Purchase processing, payment information, order records, refunds, cancellation, and subscription management are handled by Google Play. Arrow Pop Quest receives purchase status only to unlock VIP benefits, deliver consumable rewards, restore purchases, prevent duplicate grants, and confirm purchases with the store.
Gameplay Data
Gameplay progress and rewards are primarily stored on your device. You can reset local app data through Android system settings or by uninstalling the app. If you contact support, we may retain the support information you provide so we can respond and resolve the issue.
Third-Party Services
Arrow Pop Quest may use Google Play, Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads / AdMob, Google User Messaging Platform, Android platform services, and Unity runtime components. These services process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Arrow Pop Quest does not require an app account, there is no account database for users to delete. App-local progress can be removed from device settings or by uninstalling the app. To request deletion of developer-held support records related to Arrow Pop Quest, email support@da-sen.jp with the subject "Arrow Pop Quest Data Deletion Request" and include the device platform, app version, and support context needed to locate the record.
Store purchase records, payment records, advertising identifiers, ad consent records, analytics, diagnostics, and crash data controlled by Google or other platform services must be managed through those providers' privacy controls.
Children
Arrow Pop Quest is not directed to children under 13. Users should follow local age requirements for Google Play, advertising consent, and in-app purchases.
International Processing
Data processed by platform, billing, advertising, diagnostics, and support services may be transferred to and processed in countries or regions outside your location, subject to the privacy practices of those providers and applicable law.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when the app, SDKs, store requirements, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be available at this page.
